I just placed an order, when will it ship?
- Orders ship within 7-10 business days and delivery varies between 3-5 days within the USA. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.
- International Orders: On orders outside of the USA the items will ship within 7-10 business days from our overseas warehouse to expedite delivery times. Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Fashion Bee Store.
- Once your order completes the initial processing, a tracking number is generated (although it may take up to 5 business days or more to see any kind of update). From the day the tracking is generated, it will take 3-5 business days to arrive to your address. Shipping time will vary based on many factors, especially depending on your location. Around this time you would then receive an email with your tracking number to check for status.

I don't love my order, can I return it?
We offer a 100 % money back guarantee, only if the product is damaged or defective You have 7 days to send it back to us for a store credit. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will issue a store credit. Please Include name and order number on the returned parcels.
Please note: If you your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund/credit.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing order.
I have entered an incorrect address!
We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. Address changes are not possible after the order has been placed.
I just placed an order, but I didn’t get a confirmation email. What’s going on?
Kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there.
Typically you will receive an email immediately, but in some cases please allow up to 4 hours for it to arrive. If you're still unable to locate your order, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll be happy to assist you.
Where’s my package? How do I track it?
Within 4-5 business days of ordering your item, you will receive a tracking number. You can either click on the link or copy the tracking number and visit www.usps.com. From there you can paste in the tracking number in the appropriate search box. USPS usually has the most up to date current information about your package's whereabouts.
Why do I have two tracking numbers?
Every now and then for larger orders or certain products, your item may be shipped separately in two packages either to safely ship the item, get items to arrive faster, or base on availability, etc. However do not worry, you were not double billed or received a wrong order. We will ship this way from time to time at our own discretion and this is usually for your benefit. It will not affect your shipping estimate in anyway unless we notify you otherwise.
